The Chateau St Merryn is a contemporary styled and homely holiday accommodation at the head of a cul-de-sac within St Merryn Park. The village of St Merryn lies just under two miles away to the north and has all the amenities you would expect such as pubs, restaurants, shops and takeaways.

This holiday home has a large open plan kitchen/living area, three generous bedrooms (sleeping six people), a family bathroom and a separate toilet/cloakroom.

The property has gas central heating and Wi-Fi, and the use of towels and bed linen are all included within the booking price.

Its peaceful enclosed garden is ideal for al fresco dining or a quiet relaxing time. There is parking at the front of the property, and dogs are welcome subject to prior agreement with the owner.

Living area

The living area consists of a large living/dining room with Freeview smart TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is open to the living room and has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
It also contains a wide range of crockery, cutlery and general cooking/kitchen utensils. We also have an ironing board and iron in the cupboard so you should have everything you need.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Has a king size bed, side tables and a large built-in wardrobe. You'll find a hairdryer in one of the side tables.
Bedroom 2: Has two single beds, side tables and a large built in-wardrobe. A cotbed is available on request.
Bedroom 3: Has full bunk beds (sleeping two), a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

Bathrooms

The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, sink and toilet, while there is also a separate toilet/cloakroom.

Outside

There is space for parking and the property has a lawned perimeter.
